Refund policy

We understand that sometimes shopping can be stressful, which is why you can return our product up to 30 days from the purchase date. The items you return must be unused, unopened, undamaged and still in original packaging. A partial refund will be issued excluding the cost of shipping. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over AUD100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance.

If you or the recipient, in the unlikely event receive an item with defects or are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, please submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase to hello@showerstory.com or contact us via our support chat or on our social media channels. Refunds are processed via the same payment gateway on which the purchase was made, or as a store credit in the form of a custom $off coupon, or otherwise negotiated.
