Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details included. You can also track your order anytime by visiting Australia Post’s tracking page and entering your tracking number.If you can’t find the email, have a quick look in your junk or promotions folder—it sometimes hides in there. If your order hasn’t arrived, please don’t worry, we’re here to help.While we carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our Melbourne workshop within 1 business day, occasional delays with Australia Post or local couriers can happen—especially during busy periods.If your parcel seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us as soon as something feels off. We want you to love every Shower Story moment—but if something’s not quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase.To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
